By placing an order with FuturePrints, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.
1. Your artwork, your responsibility
You confirm that you own the rights to any artwork you upload, or have permission from the rights-holder to use it. You agree to indemnify FuturePrints against any claims arising from the artwork you submit.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: orders containing apparent trademark or copyright violations, hateful content, sexually explicit content, or content depicting violence or harm. Refused orders are refunded in full.
2. Print quality expectations
DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printing produces vibrant, soft prints on cotton and cotton-blend garments. Properties of DTG printing you should expect:
- Slight color variation between digital screen and printed shirt.
- Slight fading over the first few washes, especially in high-saturation areas.
- Print position may vary by up to ½ inch from the preview.
- Light handprint from the platen press may be visible on the opposite side of the print until the first wash.
3. Turnaround times
Estimated turnaround is 3-5 business days from approval for orders under 12 shirts, 5-7 business days for 13-49, and 7-10 business days for 50+. These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping time is additional and depends on USPS.
4. Order acceptance
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order. Once we begin printing, the order is considered final.
5. Refunds
Our refund and reprint policy is detailed on a separate page and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Payments are authorized at order placement. If we cancel your order before printing, your payment is released back to you.
7. Limitation of liability
FuturePrints’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always posted at this URL.
