We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s exactly when we refund or reprint, and when we don’t.
What we will refund or reprint, free of charge
- Print quality issue on our end:ink misalignment, missing print, smearing, garment damage during printing. Send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll reprint or refund — your choice.
- Wrong item shipped: wrong color, wrong size, wrong design. Same 7-day window.
- Lost in shipping:if USPS marks the package as lost or undelivered after 14 days, we’ll reprint and ship again at no charge.
- We refuse your order:if we cancel because of a copyright issue, offensive content, or a file we can’t print, you get a full refund. No charge applied.
What we cannot refund
- Your file was low-quality: if we flagged it and you proceeded anyway, or if you uploaded a low-resolution file that printed blurry, we cannot refund. We printed exactly what you uploaded.
- Wrong size selected at checkout: please measure and check our size chart before ordering. Custom-printed shirts cannot be resold, so we cannot refund sizing mistakes.
- Color looks slightly different than your screen: see our FAQ. Print colors will not match your monitor exactly. This is a property of physical printing, not a defect.
- Mind change after printing:once we’ve started printing, the order is final.
How to request a refund or reprint
Email orders@futureprints.example with:
- Your order number (in your receipt).
- A description of the problem.
- Photos showing the issue (for print quality or wrong items).
We’ll respond within 1 business day. Refunds, when approved, post back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
If we have not yet started printing your order, we will cancel and refund in full. To increase the chance of a successful cancellation, email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
