How long does an order take?
Most orders ship in 3-5 business daysafter your order is approved. Larger orders (25+ shirts) ship in 5-7 business days. 50+ shirts: 7-10 business days. We’ll review your order within 1 business day of payment and email you with confirmation before printing.
What file format should I upload?
Best: PNG with a transparent background, at least 1500×1500 pixels (3000×3000 is even better).
Also accepted: JPG, SVG, PDF. Max 25 MB per file.
Avoid:low-resolution images pulled from the web, screenshots, photos taken with a phone of a printed page. These will print blurry. We’ll flag low-res files before printing but the more pixels you give us, the better.
Why only light-colored shirts?
We use DTG (Direct-To-Garment) printing. DTG works beautifully on white and light-colored cotton but doesn’t print well on dark fabrics. To keep prices low and quality high, we only offer light shirts.
Will my colors look the same as my screen?
Close, but not exact. Screens use light (RGB), printers use ink (CMYK). Bright neons and electric colors will print slightly softer than they look on your monitor. Whites print only on non-white shirts where the fabric isn’t already white.
How do I take care of my printed shirt?
Wash inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach. Following these steps, your print will look great for years.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge flat-rate USPS Priority based on order size:
- 1-3 shirts: $8
- 4-12 shirts: $12
- 13+ shirts: $18
Local pickup is free. Pickup details are emailed when your order is ready.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US-only for now.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order 1 shirt or 500. Volume discounts kick in at 12+ shirts (10% off), 25+ (15%), and 50+ (20%).
Can I order shirts in different sizes?
Yes. Pick how many of each size you want when you build your order. Same design across all shirts — no per-shirt names or numbers in this version.
What if I don’t like the print?
See our full refund policy. The short version:
- Print quality issue on our end: free reprint or refund. Send a photo within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your file was the problem: No refund. We printed exactly what you uploaded.
- Wrong size ordered:No refund — please check sizing carefully before ordering.
Can I cancel an order?
If we haven’t started printing yet, yes — full refund. Email us within 1 hour of placing your order to be safe. Once printing has started, the order is final.
Do you offer design services?
No. FuturePrints is a print-only service. Bring your own design file, ready to print. If you need help designing a graphic, look into Canva, Fiverr, or a local designer.
Can I print copyrighted images?
Only if you own the rights or have permission. We will refuse orders that contain obvious trademark or copyright violations (sports team logos, character images, brand logos that aren’t yours, etc.). Refused orders are refunded in full.
Where are you located?
We print and ship from our facility in the United States. We don’t advertise the address publicly — if you need it for billing or returns, just email us.
